Once you complete your service request form, one of our representatives will be in touch within 1-2 business days. Depending on availability we will then have a tech come out and do a site survey, file a locate if the drop will be buried or hang the drop if aerial and then within approximately one week have your new service installed, up and running.

Pinpoint Fiber offers autobill for credit or bank automatic deductions. Customers DO NOT start to pay until after everything is set up.
